EXTENSION FOR THE SUBMISSION OF BIDS

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Paris, France invites sealed tenders for the renovation of the security, reception, consular and visa sections on the ground floor of the office building, refurbishment of thirteen WCs,  as well as rewiring and upgrading of the electrical system of the property, located at 173 Avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris, France.

The proposed projects are presented below:

Detailed specifications and Bill of quantities for the lots are provided in the Tender Documents;

Each Tenderer could quote for any or the two (2) lots separately;

Tender is open to eligible entities;

Tender process will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and relevant French Laws;

Tender documents in English or French can be purchased from the Tender’s Board at the Embassy, 173 Avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris. The method of payment of Tender Fees would be by certified Bank Cheque issued in the name of the Embassy of Nigeria, Paris;

Tender documents will be on sale between 09:00 hours to 13:00 hours and 14:00 hours to 16:00 hours local time each working day up to 28^th February, 2020.

Completed Tenders, marked “CONFIDENTIAL” are to be submitted in six (6) duplicate copies in a sealed envelope addressed to: The Secretary, Tenders’ Board, Embassy of Nigeria, 173 Avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris, and should be delivered by hand at the Embassy Tenderers could, if they so wish, be present or be represented at the public opening of the Tenders, which would be held at the Conference Room of the Embassy on 2^nd March, 2020 at 14:00 hours local time;

Tenderers who may wish to visit the building and see the lots physically for evaluation and measurement may call the Secretary of the Tenders’ Board on 01 47 04 68 65 for appointment.
