OPENING HOURS OF THE CONSULAR AND PASSPORT SECTIONS
Please be informed that due to the need to re-organize operations for better service, with effect from 7th
January, 2019, the Opening Hours of the Consular, Passport and Visa sections of the Embassy of Nigeria in Paris will be as follows,
 
Passport Services
Mondays – Wednesdays (10:00 – 14:00)
 
Visa Services
All visa Applications are to be submitted at the Online Integrated Solution (OIS) Visa Processing office.

Tuesdays & Thursdays (10:00 – 14:00)
 

The Consular, Passport and Visa Sections of the Embassy are closed on Fridays, weekends, Nigerian and French Public Holidays.

REQUIRMENTS FOR DOCUMENT AUTHENTIFICATION / LEGALIZATION

  1. Residence Permit in France
  2. Valid Nigerian Passport
  3. Formal application letter addressed to the Consul, Embassy of Nigeria, Paris.
  4. Originals and photocopies of translated documents
  5. Payment of prescribed fees at the Embassy by credit card (CB)
  6. Document for legalization must be translated and endorsed by a Certified Translator
  7. Authentication at the Consular Section – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja

FICHE D’ETATE CIVILE (RECORD OF CIVIL STATUS)

  1. Residence Permit in France
  2. Valid Nigerian Passport
  3. Formal application letter addressed to the Consul, Embassy of Nigeria, Paris.
  4. Payment of prescribed fees at the Embassy by credit card (CB)

POLICE CHARACTER CERTIFICATE

  1. Residence Permit in France

  3. Two passport-sized photographs

ATTESTATIONS

LEGALIZATION OF COMPANY DOCUMENT

  1. Formal application letter addressed to the Consul, Embassy of Nigeria, Paris, indicating contacts in Nigeria and description of Products
  2. Original and Photocopies of documents in French and English languages and stamped by Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Paris.
